5-Day Break

• Dec 23 – Local departure then onward to Valkenburg for a four-night stay.  LS
• Christmas Eve – Aachen (included). Morning excursion to the cathedral city of Aachen. Return to Valkenburg for time at leisure. B,D
• Christmas Day –  Monschau (included). Enjoy our turkey lunch, and then in the afternoon we visit the quaint German town of Monschau. Dinner at the hotel is followed by music and dancing into the night. B,L,D
• Boxing Day – Rhine & Moselle Valleys (included). Rhine Cruise (optional). Enjoy a full-day to the Rhine and Moselle valleys with the option of a Rhine Cruise with lunch. B,D
• Dec 27 – Return to Calais and then home. B

Accommodation

You’ll stay for three or four nights at the 3-star Hotel De Bogaerde located in the centre of Valkenburg. The hotel has a lift and all bedrooms have T.V. and telephone. The restaurant and bar are located in the adjacent connecting sister hotel, the Hotel Walram, where you can also use the indoor swimming pool, sauna and solarium. Due to demand, we may also stay at the adjacent 3-star Hotel Walram.
