8-Day Break

• Dec 21 – Local departure by coach then onward to Belgium for an overnight stay. 
• Dec 22 – Continue to Austria to Niederau in the Wildschönau Valley and our 4-star hotel for five nights. B,D
• Dec 23 – Salzburg (included). Free time to explore the Christmas market in this picturesque ‘Sound of Music’ city B,D
• Christmas Eve – Innsbruck (included). Enjoy a day exploring the capital of the Tyrol, with its famous Golden Roof and medieval old town. Return for five-course dinner, traditional lighting of the Christmas tree, followed by nativity readings and a rendition of Silent Night by mine host, Herbert Thaler, on the harp. B,D
• Christmas Day – Horse-drawn sleigh ride (included). Morning sleigh ride, followed by warming goulash soup for lunch. Tonight we enjoy a farmer’s buffet carvery dinner followed by music and dancing. B,LL,D
• Boxing Day – Kitzbühel (optional). A half-day excursion to this world-famous international resort with its old town centre enclosed by pretty medieval painted buildings. B,D
• Dec 27 – To Belgium for an overnight stay. B
• Dec 28 – After breakfast, return to the U.K. B

Accommodation

You’ll stay for five nights at the friendly 4-star Hotel Sonnschein in Niederau, a favourite with Leger customers, situated just a short stroll from the village centre. There is a bar, lift, lounge,restaurant, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and fitness room.

All bedrooms have T.V., radio, telephone, safe and hairdryer. Overnight stays in Belgium will be in city-style hotels.
